Dear customers,

There has been a severe damage caused by international hackers who attacked elluscientwebhosting.com main servers.

ZoneServ servers are currently being reinstalled and recovered.
All data on host1, host2, host3 and host4 was deleted by criminal internet hackers.
* If your account is on host5 please backup your accounts.

We at ZoneServ have the IP information of the hackers and we know they belong to a competitor who tries to build his business upon damaging others.

Fortunately some of our servers were not damaged and will continue to supply our good and reliable service.
Nevertheless, we intend to take immediate measures to make sure that all servers are fixed within the day.

We at ZoneServ are deeply sorry for the loss of information/data caused by these criminals.

According to ZoneServ TOS (terms of service), it is the customer's responsibility for their data, website content and their data backups.


Here are the steps all of our reseller customers should take:
            1) Cancel your current Paypal subscription.
            2) Send an email with the following information:
                        a. Last payment transaction number and date.
                        b. Your Paypal address.
                        c. Are you renewing your account?: Yes/ no.
                                    * ZoneServ will refund each customer the remaining balance of his payment.
            3) Customers who will renew their account will receive a special offer.

elluscientwebhosting.com has been operating over a year without a single hack; all of our servers are secure by professional techs.
But as you can see every lock has a key, even the most secure servers are hack able.

All customers please make the following DNS changes:
If you are using ZoneServ DNS; please update them to: ns1.ZoneServ.net and ns2.ZoneServ.net.
If you are using your own DNS; please change your child name servers IPs to: ns1-> 66.45.225.226, ns2-> 66.45.225.227.
