Dear valued customers,

As a follow up to the last email, here are some updates:

1. The first few customers that paid for the new invoices will need to re-subscribe on their next billing due, we are responsible for this issue as we had some issues with Paypal IPN. They will need to signup through the invoice that will be generated next month, and after they do that we will refund their extra charged money + 10% bonus for the error.

2. Many customers did not pay for their invoices, or did not even login to their account.
Please, follow the instructions in the first email, this is a must to keep your account going.

Here is what happened:
1. WHMAutopilot was hacked.
2. The hackers emailed some email about elluscientwebhosting.com being sold.
3. I got notified of the hack, and started working on finding the problem source.
4. I tried to access WHMAutopilot but the hackers mixed up the license.
5. Unfortunately I fell down and broke my harm (2 cracks), I was brought to the hospital made an X-ray shot and the doctor plastered my hand.
6. When I got back home from the hospital I found out almost all of the accounts were removed through WHMAutopilot (our servers were not hacked, only our billing software got hacked and through the billing software the hackers removed the accounts).
