Dear customers,
Unfortunately elluscientwebhosting.com billing software was somehow hacked even though
the night before all passwords were changed to 32/16 digits passwords + WHMAutopilot
(which is our billing software) was upgraded to the latest version (version
2.5.0).
Here is what happened:
1. WHMAutopilot was hacked.
2. The hackers emailed some email about elluscientwebhosting.com being sold.
3. I got notified of the hack, and started working on finding the problem source.
4. I tried to access WHMAutopilot but the hackers mixed up the license.
5. Unfortunately I fell down and broke my harm (2 cracks), I was brought to
the hospital made an X-ray shot and the doctor plastered my hand.
6. When I got back home from the hospital I found out almost all of the accounts
were removed through WHMAutopilot (our servers were not hacked, only our billing
software got hacked and through the billing software the hackers removed the
accounts).
We at ZoneServ are deeply sorry for the loss of information/data caused by
these criminals.
According to ZoneServ TOS (terms of service), it is the customer's responsibility
for their data, website content and their data backups.
Here are the steps all of our reseller customers should take:
1) Cancel your current Paypal subscription.
2) Send Admin an email with the
following information:
a. Last transaction number and date.
b. Your Paypal address.
* ZoneServ will refund each customer the remaining balance of his payment.
elluscientwebhosting.com is temporarily closing any signup, and will stop providing reseller
packages. Instead we will be back here with great dedicated servers deals.
Since elluscientwebhosting.com is a known growing company, which has proved many times
to be giving high quality and top-notch services, and in our almost 2 years
on the air we are proud to tell everybody that we are upgrading our services
and we will only sell professional services such as Dedicated servers..
elluscientwebhosting.com will refund each and every customer his remaining balance
